Commercial Carpet Cleaning

A lot of commercial carpet that is hard for a truck mount to reach, or simply no access to park, and a portable machine is time consuming, the only other process is encapsulation. Here are the four steps we offer for the best result.

Pre-vacuum
Apply the encapsulation
Allow 12 hours dry time
Post-vacuum
Pre-vacuum:
The primary benefit to vacuuming your carpets before cleaning is that it sucks up most of the loose, dry dirt and soil particles.
By removing as many dry particles as possible before encapsulation carpet cleaning you help ensure that the encapsulation cleaner can focus on those nitty gritty particles that vacuuming will not take care of.
Apply encapsulation:
The encapsulation is applied using a rotary machine with a tank containing the encapsulation product and using a soft bristle that agitates (shampoo) the commercial carpet.
Dry time:
For the best encapsulation cleaning it needs to completely dry allowing the best result. If still moist the process is not fully achieved. It is okay if people walk on it while drying, just inform or place wet signs.
Post-vacuum:
After fully drying, the commercial carpet can be vacuumed removing the captured soil.
