High Rise Carpet Cleaning in Phoenix

We have a truck mount carpet machine but these high rises either have strict rules or there is no way to park and hang hoses outside of windows or balconies. We use strong portables to clean carpet in high rises in Phoenix. The carpet does take a little longer to dry that a truck mount machine. We also do several dry strokes to help dry time. We recommend turning the sealing fans, if they have them, for air movement. We pre vacuum to remove lose dirt, then pre treat with 9-11.8 Ph enzyme and acidic rinse leaving no soap in the carpet.
